Oxford Exchange – Downtown Tampa

OxfordExchangeChickenBurger

I had Chicken Burger with sweet potato fries. The burger has avocado, jalapeno, tomato and queso blanco on it. I also enjoyed some delicious peach tea.

I definitely recommend this place for lunch. If nothing else, just go to walk around and check out the really cool building. I’d have never guessed this was downtown. And right across from UT at that! Truly one of Tampa’s hidden treasures.

Prices are surprisingly affordable. Expect to spend about $10-16 per person. This will include drink and tip. Not bad at all!

OF NOTE:

  • Parking may piss you off. If you can’t find an open space in front of the restaurant, start reading the signage. There is a parking lot for Oxford Exchange customers. I’d tell you where it is, but I forget!
  • The outside terrace is covered and very cool. It feels like you’re outside, but you aren’t. It was also the most popular place for people to sit. The restaurant was half full, the terrace was packed. Be warned if you want to sit out there. Maybe make a reservation!
